    Hi....while using jade roller I felt the stones of the rollers on both sides are different. They are different in colour and while using the bigger one... it feels cold and relaxing and the smaller roller feels hot. I believe that the stone quality on both rollers should have been same. Please advise, thanks

  1. After cleansing your face, apply the RAS Rose Nectar Face Spritz, followed by 2-3 drops of the RAS Face Elixir of your choice.
  2. This will enhance product penetration and allow better movement of the tool.
  3. Use the tool to gently massage your face as per directions below.
  4. You can also place the roller in the fridge prior to usage, to benefit from the intense cooling effect of the crystal.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to use a face roller as part of your daily skincare routine.

While both rollers help depuff skin, minimise fine lines and help with lymphatic drainage, by nature, rose quartz is known to have more of a soothing and calming effect while jade helps detoxify skin to help with signs of ageing. Pick your roller based on your specific needs.

We suggest using our RAS Face Elixirs on your skin before using a face roller. The roller helps your skincare penetrate better and also allows the tool to move more swiftly, with less pressure, on your skin.

It’s best to use a face roller after you’ve applied your serum or face oil and before you moisturise your skin.

While face rollers don’t aggravate any skin concerns as such, if you have active acne, we recommend waiting for that to subside before you use a roller on your skin.

Yes, you can use a face roller if you have sensitive skin. However, we recommend only doing so with very gentle strokes and only for a few minutes at a time so you can understand its effect on your skin and proceed accordingly.
