Cant go to the salon? Yes that is a part of the quarantine life! But still, we all want luscious and flowy hair? Well, with the right ingredients that you probably have hanging around in your kitchen, you can mix up your own homemade, all-natural hair mask right at home to make your own built-in spa! It's also important to stay hydrated, eat healthy foods and make sure your scalp stays balanced & clean!
While, the good old grandma’s recipe of massaging one’s hair thoroughly with any oil and leaving it overnight or for an hour (this oil masking can be done with any oil) is a forever go-to therapy for one’s hair, we have got you some very simple hair masks in accordance with various hair types:

ALL HAIR TYPES:
Ingredients:

5-6 tablespoon Rice Water
-
2-3 tablespoon Yougurt ( unflavoured)
Directions: Blend ingredients together with a spoon, apply from mid-shaft to the ends of hair, leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse with shampoo.
2. DRY& FRIZZY HAIR:
Ingredients:

½ an Avocado
-
2 Teaspoon. Argan oil ( if you do not have argan oil use olive oil)

2 Teaspoon honey
Directions: Blend ingredients together with a fork or spoon, apply from roots to the ends of hair, leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse with shampoo.
3. FLAKY SCALP:
Ingredients:

2 tablespoon granulated Sugar
-
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
-
2 dropstea tree essential oil
Directions: Mix all of the ingredients together then gently massage it into your scalp (before you wet your hair), then thoroughly rinse out and shampoo.
4. OIL CONTROL:
Ingredients:

2 tablespoon honey
-
1 tablespoon aloe gel
-
juice from 1/2 lemon
Directions: Mix all the ingredients well in a well to form a paste. Apply directly to the scalp and let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse with water and then shampoo.
Make sure you don’t go under the sun with this mask on.
5. HAIR GROWTH:
Ingredients:

Equal parts cinnamon and coconut oil.

Mix in Amla powder & shikkakai powder if you have
Directions: Blend ingredients together well. Apply the mask onto your roots and part, and massage into your scalp. Let it sit for 30 to 45 minutes and rinse. Aim to do this mask at least once a week.
6. FALLING HAIR:

1 cup yogurt (unflavoured)

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
-
1 tablespoon of honey
-
1-2 drops of rosemary essential oil
Directions: Blend ingredients together well. Apply the mask onto your roots and part, and massage into your scalp. Let it sit for 1 hour and then rinse off. Do this twice a week.
